Lipolysis
Injection lipolysis is a gentle and safe treatment that helps remove small amounts of fat from problem areas. It is especially suitable for reducing an unsightly double chin, which is difficult to eliminate through exercise alone.
During the procedure, the doctor injects a special mixture of active substances into the fat deposits, which break down fat cells and safely remove them from the body.
This treatment is not intended for significant weight loss but rather for body contouring and the removal of localized fat deposits. Therefore, an individual consultation with a specialist is essential to determine whether this method is suitable for you, or if better results would be achieved with invasive liposuction or non-invasive cryolipolysis.

How the procedure works?
- Area preparation – a numbing ointment is applied to the injection site to ensure the procedure is comfortable and painless.
- Substance application – lecithin is injected directly into the fat deposit with a thin needle, breaking down the fat cells.
- Support for fat elimination – the dissolved fat begins to leave the body, and the process is accelerated by increased fluid intake.
- Procedure duration – the treatment usually takes 30–45 minutes and does not require local or general anesthesia.
- Immediate return to daily activities – you can resume your normal activities right after the procedure. It is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water daily and supplement with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to speed up fat metabolism.

Which areas can be treated?
Injection lipolysis is suitable for various problem areas where fat deposits accumulate. The most commonly treated areas include:
- Double chin – effective removal of an unsightly double chin
- Abdomen – waist contouring and reduction of fat deposits
- Hips and buttocks – reduction of fat pads and body contouring
- Arms – firming and reduction of fat tissue volume
- Thighs and inner thighs – removal of localized fat deposits and smoothing of contours
The procedure is suitable for localized fat reduction, not for significant weight loss, and the best results are achieved when maintaining a healthy lifestyle and adequate fluid intake.
When are the results of injection lipolysis visible?
The first improvements can be noticed within 2–4 weeks, as the body begins to break down the dissolved fat. The optimal and stable results usually appear after 6–12 weeks (for some clients, up to 3 months), because the removal of fat cells and their elimination from the body takes time.
If a course of multiple sessions is recommended, the final effect occurs several weeks to months after the last application.
How long does the effect of chemical peeling last?
If you maintain a stable body weight, the reduction of fat cells in the treated area is usually long-lasting, even permanent (months to years). However, with significant weight gain, the remaining fat cells may enlarge, and the volume can return.
For a more lasting effect, a course of 2–3 treatments is often recommended, along with follow-up care: increased fluid intake, gentle massages of the treated area, a healthy lifestyle, and physical activity. The duration of the results depends on individual metabolism, the number of sessions, and adherence to the doctor’s recommendations.

I can also make a slightly more polished, emotionally engaging version for a clinic website if you want.
He began focusing on aesthetic medicine immediately after graduating from Charles University, where he studied at the Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové. He has completed numerous domestic and international training courses. He is a member of the Czech Chamber of Aesthetic Medicine and the Slovak Medical Association. Almost all of his practical experience in aesthetic medicine was gained in Tehran (Iran), where he initially completed an internship and later worked alongside his mentor, Dr. Hamideh Soltani, who is considered a world leader in her field and one of the most sought-after aesthetic medicine doctors in the Middle East.
He wishes for aesthetic medicine to be accessible to everyone who needs it. He sees his work as a mission – to restore people’s natural beauty and their missing sense of self-worth. For many people, appearance remains an important aspect of how they perceive themselves and how they approach their own lives. I admit, I feel the same way. I know the joy of transformation firsthand, and seeing the same joy in my clients’ eyes makes it even more beautiful… Of course, the happiest person is the one who doesn’t need me!
